team biosLAMP’s Team has been carefully selected whether employee or alliance colleague and consists only of highly seasoned professionals assembled into a customized team to best meet a client’s need. We have worked together for many years on a variety of assignments ranging from agency search, agency compensation, benchmarking, media assessment and audit, performance evaluation models, incentive programs, agency transition work … and more. The important issue is that we are a team. We know one another, have worked in the trenches together, and are aligned and committed to the following:
Though not all of us would need to work on every assignment, what happens is that all are available to provide input on a project as needed.
